Districts and schools across Colorado are increasingly surveying their students, but are they using that survey data to drive better decision making or improve student outcomes? “CEI’s Student Perception Survey and other surveys that measure social-emotional learning can help identify gaps, solve problems, differentiate instruction, and target areas of improvement,” said CEI’s Professional Learning Director Karen Herbert. “CEI will offer two December trainings for teachers, school leaders, and district staff to help them understand and use their student survey data to improve instructional practices, classroom environments, and student outcomes.”
